Quite the Attractive Bunch!

Our scholars were looking all professional today as they had their graduation photos taken. They will have packages to us before the end of the year for you to choose to purchase or not. Even though it was my first day back after a nice break from work, it appeared to me that the scholars worked even more diligently today than normal. It could be the break, but it could also be the ties and dresses! Nonetheless we packed away an enormous amount of work including the Noetic Math Competition and two lessons in science.

We began our introduction to To Kill a Mockingbird, and began reading Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry. Scholars have essay rough drafts due tomorrow and research papers due on the 12th. It is a very busy week!

Tomorrow's science test has been moved to next Tuesday. We need to finish up some work that didn't get completed the past couple days. We will review on Monday and test on Tuesday so we can begin our new unit!
